Toni and her colleague were very friendly, understood our requirements and went out of their way to deliver what we were looking for. Outstanding service and a credit to the company.

We were approached as soon as we entered the store and were asked if we needed anything. We were shown to the bed measuring and shown how it worked. Afterwards we were shown all the mattresses that we matched with plus a few that Andy thought that we may also like based on our preferences. We were offered refreshments throughout. He also recommended a pillow, which I purchased and have found very comfortable. Andy also showed us a bed which we thought our son may like and answered all of our questions about it. We’ll be back with our son to see it as a result. Fantastic customer service and we were very happy.
