I found what I was looking for easily at the store and the products are of good quality. I liked the design of the products I bought and the staff attendant was very helpful and polite.

Very knowledgeable saleswoman who wasn't pushy.

I was treated with courtesy and professionalism.

Good members of staff, good knowledge on beds and how to choose a mattress and had good understanding of what we explained we were looking for.

Customer service was excellent, and we were extremely comfortable.

During the whole visit I was very happy with the range of beds and mattress' and prices. Toni was extremely knowledgeable and helped and advised me with the mattress type I was looking for. I was not swayed to go for a particular model or brand and she also left me for a while to relax and try out the two particular mattress' I found suited me the best. It is quite stressful making sure that I purchased a bed and mattress both within my budget but would be comfortable for many years to come. I did not feel pressurised at all, as I had done at other stores, and hopefully my bed will be delivered, assembled and my old bed will be disposed of as easily as the whole purchasing experience.

The staff where very friend and willing to help as soon as we entered the store. They were avaliable to answer any questions we had without any hesitation. They explained everything with great detail and helped us find the right bed we have been looking for and above all they where understanding if he had an issues or hesitant about what we wanted. I would definitely recommend dreams to any friend or family looking for a new bed or any hung bed related. Extremely happy with the overall experience.

I am new to the realm of bed shopping and Toni the assistant was extremely helpful giving me a full range of options and combinations of different products. She even made me a coffee :). No pressure was applied to purchase which I find very welcoming, leaving me only to have a good look around at what I was interested in and returning at request. She was very knowledgeable about the products and I don't think I would have had a clue without her assistance. The other staff that were in store were friendly too offering advice on me finding a place to live and put my purchases. I have purchased two beds with quilts and pillows and they have agreed for me to arrange a delivery date once I have found my new living accommodation(limited time which is understandable), without this I would not have been able to purchase as I would not have anywhere to store them. Over all a pleasant experience and a solution which suited my needs. Thank you.
