We were given useful and helpful advice which resulted in us purchasing the bed

High degree of competence of sales lady

Toni was very helpful and explain everything to me about the bed i was looking for 10/10 for her help

All n to the sales assistant, Toni. She was a great help with the right balance of being helpful but not 'pushy'.

I was highly satisfied because of the customer service I recieved from a lady called Toni she was very helpful with out being over powering I normally dread going in to furniture shops but enjoyed the whole experience and feel very happy and confident with my purchase thanks to her.

Nicola was most helpful with our purchase, I would highly recommend that whoever visits the store in Sheldon to see Nicola for assistance

Nicola was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to confidently answer every question that we had. She was not 'pushy' and gave us time to talk to each other without interruption and any feeling of pressure. Having visited other retailers it was refreshing to be treated so professionally.

the sales assistant was very helpful, not pushy even made me a nice coffee, we visited a few other bed shops but there was a different air about the place, friendly, happy the lady couldnt help us enough even looked up dates for us,

Toni who served me was absolutely brilliant at the Sheldon branch on Coventry road. Even though the store was closing she went out of her way to help me with the bed I wanted and went through everything that I needed to know. Her and her assistant were brilliant. I would defiantly be returning if I needed anything in the future. She also knew exactly what I wanted. I would certainly give Toni a higher position in the company.
