Staff were very friendly and polite , knowledgeable of the products, prices never pushy giving us time to think about about what we wanted.

We were spoken to almost immediately on entering the store by Toni who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products that it really made it easy for us to find exactly what we were looking for. She wasn't pushy at all and gave us time to look around on our own but was immediately on hand to answer any questions we had. She processed all of the sale quickly and efficiently all the while being friendly and talking to myself, my husband and our children who were with us. We left the store without our green bag for our old mattress to go in but Toni had heard us say we were going to the shop right opposite so she actually came after us into the other store to hand deliver it to us which she didn't have to do and we were very grateful.

Excellent service was given to us by Toni we were given a welcome by her when arriving at the Sheldon branch she asked if she could help us with what we were looking for and her knowledge on the beds and mattress was exceptional a good member of your team.

Nicola at Dreamers in Sheldon where we went was excellent at helping us and at her job. We are difficult customers and not easily 'sold to' because we both work in sales ourselves, but she was very thorough at understanding what we needed and what our circumstances were and helping us to find things that we wanted, but without making us feel pressurised or irritated. We only went in to buy a mattress because we bought our last mattress in dreams and have been very happy with it and ended up buying a TV bed and another bed frame that we had planned to buy elsewhere. All of this was because of Nicola taking the time to understand our circumstances and helping us in a very professional and knowledgeable way. So we spent actually spent around 75% more then anticipated but feel incredibly happyand excited with our purchases and also feel that they were good value.

Nothing was too much trouble for Kathryn as she helped us test various beds - even to searching for and providing suitable pillows for us. There was a large selection of beds and we were able to find one which suited our needs exactly.

The assistant Kathryn was great, she really narrowed down my needs and gave the best service I've ever had. The store was great and the manager was amazing

We were replacing our old bed and Nicola (Dream's Assistant) explained all the different types of beds and matresses in an easy going manner without being condescending.Nicola also helped us with the choice, style and colour of headboard as well as a sofa bed , which we required .

I was very happy with the service I received from Toni she was very helpful and understanding and answered all my queries politely and new all the answers.
