The assistant, Mark, was knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and the brands and was helpful but not pushy and he left me to my own devices when I wanted.

i found my overall experience highly satisfying as the product range was great and the staff made me feel really welcome and knowledgable of the products i was looking for. After only planning to view the range when i went to the store, after seeing the products and talking to Nicola ( not sure of second name ) i found myself purchasing products to the value of £1700 - GREAT customer service and products

As we entered the shop we were welomed and asked if we needed help.We were pointed in the direction of the product that we were looking for. We were then taken into a booth to experience the Tempur bed. We then were shown all other accessories to go with the bed that we bought. The transaction was very efficient and everything explained to us clearly about delivery and disposal of our old mattress. The sales person also said that we could phone her if there were any queries or problems with the product that we bought. Very impressed would definatley use dreams next time we need a new matress or bed.

The assistant who served us was extremely efficient; she allowed us time to browse and look around before asking if we needed help and then provided helpful guidance and an efficient service. THe questions which I have left neutral answers for are not possible to answer until the product has been received and I have had a chance to assess its value

Was made welcome as soon as I entered the store, given time and space to look around. Staff were polite and helpful and when questioned they gave clear answers.
