Fantastic All round, i was helped by a lady called Kat who was extremely helpful and Knew her stuff. I was even made a coffee by another lady and the whole team seemed really cheerful! would definitely recommend this store. better than any other Dreams i have been to before, glad I tried them out as Kat really restored my faith in the company.

We were unsure of what type of headboard we wanted for our spare room. We were shown a variety of styles and price range. Toni, the assistant, was very helpful.

On entering the store we was greeted with happy employees. They sat our two children down with colouring pens & paper which enabled us to browse with ease. we got looked after by a friendly lady by the name of Toni. We explained our budget and she directed us to what we were looking for. She explained the difference between all the beds we looked at and also done the same regarding the mattress. This all helped with our easy decision on what we brought. During all the paperwork we was offered a coffee by another employee which was a nice touch. Very pleased with the service.
