I was very happy with the salesman who served me and that the old bed will be taken away on delivery of the new one. I have yet to receive my new bed but feel optimistic that it will be comfortable and hardwearing and can't wait to have it.

It was very helpful having someone able to ask what type of bed we had what type of comfort we like and advise what may be a better option to try, without pushing their choice onto us but allowing us to try for ourselves. The sales woman also explained fully the financial options which can be taken out. Tonight made our visit most pleasurable
