The shop was clean, spacious, well laid out. The sales person was friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

We were assisted by a lovely lady called Toni, she was polite, very helpful and showed us all our options, we had a coffee and looked around, not once did we feel under any pressured into buying making it a very enjoyable experience

Nicola was very knowledgeable about the stock and was able to assist us well. Our overall experience was great, and didn't take too long, which was good considering we had two children with us.

we were met by Toni at Dreams sheldon She was not pushy she waited till we needed assistance, and then she gave us her full attention, She explained the options to us in detail and was very supportive to both of us . She told us of the different Mattresses in store. we were very pleased with her.

The shop assistantsas vsry lovely l felt sorry for the workers because the shop is really cold and I couldn't wait to leave although the staff were lovely.

The colleague who served us was very helpful. He had a good knowledge of the mattresses and explained everything about them. He also showed and explained the different pillows which we purchased a pair, as he said it may help with any back problems due to posture as I have 2 pillows at the moment he recommended one good one. Mark was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. We have purchased 6 items ( beds and mattresses) in the past 4 years and Mark was by far the best advisor by far in comparison.

The staff were very helpful but not too pushy. Once I had decided what I wanted the order was processed quickly. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were very efficient

I have used Dreams before and was very happy with my purchase that is why I went back again.

As soon as we entered the shop, Toni approached immediately asking if we would like a hot drink. She then explained each type of mattress, how the colour coding works and answered ourgent questions. She then left us to try a few out alone whilst going to get our very active 16 month old a balloon to play with. We told her our budget for a decent mattress and she straight away took us to what we were looking for. After trying our a memory foam mattress, which we loved but is our of our price range, she offered for us to try a gel mattress which has a similar feel to it. Having explained to her about my back issues and my husbands shoulder issues due to an accident a few years back, she was honest in telling us what mattress type would suit for support and longevity of the mattress life. We purchased a king size gel mattress and are so excited to have it delivered. Finally after years of sleeping on a budget mattress and waking up in pain, Toni helped us make the commitment that will better our health and happiness.

The assistance we were given in choosing our item. The answers to our questions were given to us promptly and in an efficient manner. We were also given other options which enabled us to choose the correct item for us. Overall we were extremely happy with the customer service.
