We were greeted by friendly staff, and served by a very friendly and helpful assistant called Nicola. She made us feel at ease and ans any questions we had. We liked the fact that she was helpful but not pushy. It was also nice to not have pushy mail salesmen, Nicola is an asset to the store.

Staff member took the time to explain products and options available.

Very impressed with service from Mark, who was knowledgeable and friendly, helpful without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble. With daughter who was looking for a bed, bedside locker and linen. We had no plans to buy today, yet she bought bed, bedside locker and linen in a very clear yet understood manner. Great to see such top quality service still available out there.

Very friendly staff, spoke to several including our assistant TONI was offered a cup of coffee or tea. Could not be more helpful.

Access to products is very easy and clearly labelled, the assistant was attentive without being over bearing.

Mark took the time to explain fully about the bed we purchased. He was not pushy, he was very knowledgeable and recognised when we wanted some time to talk over the product. We went back the following night to our phase knowing Mark was on shift . A lovely person and someone a Dreams can rely on. Thank you
