Upon entry to the store I was offered assistance as well as a cup of tea or coffee. I felt very welcomed.

Visit resulted in a purchase of a Tempur Mattress. Highly satisfied with the reception and guidance.

We were greeted and offered assistance as we entered the store.A choice of tea or coffee was offered before explaining the differences in mattresses,we were left to try the mattresses to see which we preferred before being shown into the pod for a short presentation explaining the benefits of tempur products,which included a short massage,which was very nice.We were then shown the tempur matresses and were told about the 40 day period where we could swap the matress if its not suitable.We picked out a bed and told about the difference in slats.Nicola ran thorugh the different ways of paying and wasn't in any way pushy during our whole time.We decided to go ahead with the purchase which all went smoothly and are now looking forward to taking delivery.

Nicola who helped us was very warming friendly new what she was talking about was not pushy explained the difference between 3 mattress we looked at and their differences I would recormend her to anyone who was looking for her quality as a sales person

We went in to dreams on the coventry road and was just before closing times we were greeted by kat who i think was a manager or team leader or some sort she was amazing smileing even tho we walked in 10mins before closing. She showed us beds in our price range and was very talkative knew alot about the products she was amazing when we got to the desk she was very talkative i am more then happey to take this further and get her recongnised with the company she was amazing!!!! Very. Good customer service skills. Beds are abit pricey if it wasnt for her we wouldnt of looked further thankyou!!!!

I was the only customer in the store, the assistant knew where products were and was very helpful with measuring dimensions for me on several beds
