very good customer service, helpful but not intrusive

Sales assistant - Nicola asked if we needed her help. She was attentive and answered our questions and it was apparent that she was Knowledgeable. She was not a pushy sales assistant only very helpful. We will certainly recommend this store to other people.

Toni in Coventry Road store Birmingham was fantastic and really helpful with our requirements and availability of product was excellent. We also purchased a mattress from Darren at Solihull branch a couple of weeks before but the service wasn't as good although they have now credited the delivery fee after we found out it was free online.

Great service and great product knowledge

Customer service was superb!!! Don't think I would have completed my purchase without the service provided. We thought the lady who served us, I think her name was Toni, was very knowledgable on products available and gave us the confidence to purchase the right product.

The assistant was very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable.

Store manager excellent, offered drink, told to take as long as I needed, she got me different pillows to try with mattresses to ensure I was happy. explained about price promise and the comfort exchange. Will definatley use again.
