Nicola and Toni took care of me and my wife at the Dreams Sheldon, Birmingham showroom. They offered us a drink and a did a great demonstration of the Tempur bed. I knew some information about the bed bit Toni demonstrated and gave us the best advice on which model we should go for. We took the whole cover along with the accessories. This is the third bed we have bought now from Dreams. We have been to other competitors and the reason why I do that is to leave Dreams last. Why?? Because I try and show my wife how POOR the service and products are outside of the Dreams industry. When you pay a premium and value for money on price for a bed, you automatically get premium service! We have just bought a new house and I told my wife we would buy the best bed for it and I truly believe we got it. Thank you again Dreams!!

The lady was very helpful, asked if we needed any help when we entered the shop and when we said we were just looking, left us to it. When we had decided on a bed to buy, the lady came and helped us and told us all about the bed and then helped us through the process of buying the bed.

Kathryn served us and was friendly while professional. She knew her products and was not pushy simply helpful. Explained lots of options on products and also offered us drinks. She was genuinley interested in us as people not just in securing a sale. She is an asset to your organisation and very good t her job

I phoned store to find out if you still stocked the pillow I wanted, spoke to Toni, went into store to buy the pillow where she even offered me a coffee while I tried them out, when placing the order I was told they were reduced so brought two from her, nice lady, great service even for pillow sales don't get that in Asda!!

we were helped by a pleasant and knowledgeable young man we have taken delivery of our mattress this morning, it was delivered by two pleasant and helpful men

the assistant was very helpful made the experience stress free. provided a hot drink and was available for any query.

Friendly and very helpful service the colleague in store introduced herself then allowed us to browse at our own pace
