Great customer service and knowledge and I must say your delivery guys (Richard and Martin) are a credit to your company, super friendly and helpful and informative, it was nice to be greeted at my house with people with smiles on their faces..

The visit to dreams was excellent due to the service I received I was able to choose the best bed for my son, whilst choosing a mattress the manager himself was able to help me decide what was the best for my child. The manager new exactly what the details where, the prices, also helped me with the measurements as my child room is quite small. I had the best experience in the store and all staff where friendly, well dressed and we'll mannered. Thanks for the service

Received excellent customer service, very friendly and informative staff and even carried my purchase to my car.

Was expecting the overall cost to be much more expensive so was very pleased that we could get exactly what we needed within our budget

Good variety of mattresses divans and headboards. Allowed to wander round at our leisure but assistant (Kathryn) was there with advice when we asked any questions.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, whilst never making me feel under pressure to purchase

I was very please with the service we recieved all staff were very helpful and friendly. I had my daughter with me who has ASD I normally find shopping very stressful but this visit went very well as the staff were very understanding.
