Toni, was very knowledgable and was happy to show me several different opinions and chaperone prices for me, plus it was vet hot on the day of our visit and she made sure myself and my two young boys had cold and refreshing so drinks

Kathryn was so helpful very intersted in what l was looking for she showed me the different beds but advise me that the one l choose was the best for me ,she was friendly and so was her colleagues,felt very comfortable in dreams no pressure to buy,but got the mattress l was looking can't wait till it comes .

Pleasant helpful staff understood my requirements and directed me to product that suited my needs and price range. Gave advice on how to dispose of old mattress. Helpful with delivery dates etc and made me a cup of tea 🍵

The assistants were friendly and courteous but did harrass us unduly. They were very happy to help with any queries we had.
