Nicola and the other 2 staff that spoke to us were very friendly and knowledgable about the products we were after . Nothing was too much trouble , we even had a cup of tea in store which was well made too 😀. We were made to feel that we could take as much time as we wanted in making our decision about the bed , mattress , headboard and anything else that we took a liking to in the store .we were shown all the options for each product and availability of each . Over all very satified indeed . The only way it could have been better is if the price were lower . Thanks to all the staff and especially Nicola for helping on the day xxx

The young man welcomed me into the store, he never pressured me .He was smart, very polite. great customer skills. in fact all the staff was very friendly towards me. Gave me a pillow and helped me try all the beds that was suitable to me. Offered me a cup of tea which was great as I am 80 and I felt important as a customer

My partner and I went into you Yardley Store to browse some of our options where we were greeted your happy smiling staff member Prytesh. He was a pleasure to be served by and he genuinely cared about our needs rather than just piling things on to get a sale. My partner gets warm in the nights and he took this into account and found us a pillow that would suit him perfectly. They made us feel extremely comfortable and offered us cups of tea. So we were more than happy to place an order with yourselves. We also had the assistance of Nicola who helped us with the finance process and also makes brilliant tea :) They are a credit to your company and we will definitely recommend you and return in the future thanks to Prytesh and Nicola!

From the minute I entered store I was met by a member of staff who asked if she could help. I replied I would like to have a look at what was available first. She made me a cup of tea and left me to look around. When I decided on what I liked she was very helpful in what mattress was available. Overall excellent.
