We only popped in to have a look but Matthew the salesman showed us around he had great knowledge of your mattresses. He gave us great advice and we purchased one.

The visit to the store was a great experience. Young girl named Toni who assisted us was very pleasant,showed us around the store, answered all of our questions and explained everything to us.We have been offered drinks and all the staff was really helpfull. We was really happy with our experience and we will definitely shop with Dreams again.

My mum and I visited the store to view mattresses, we were welcomed as soon as we arrived and were asked if she could be of any help, we said no thank you we are just looking, after 10 minutes the kind assistant offered both my mum and I, a cup of tea/coffee, which was a lovely gesture as it was very warm outside! We found a mattress and the assistant was extremely polite, and helpful. Would recommend store to family and friends.

I have brought many items from dreams in Sheldon before and have always been very happy with quality and service, This time Tony helped me again and allowed me to buy a display item as I needed it the same day.. Once again great service even a coffee!

Kat who looked after us was very friendly and patient as my son and I were in the store choosing a bed for two hours. We were offered drinks. She was very helpful in guidance to choosing the right bed for us. We almost orderd a bed that would have been too long for the space were going to put it. Above all I did not feel pestered and was able to look around and felt comfortable asking questions. It was a great experience because of the member of staff who was very easy going and was laughing with us.

Greeted as entered the store. Friendly assistance, with good guidance on products. Spent time explaining different products and gave good advice. Not pushy allowed space to come too a decision. Excellent service by Nicola.
