I came to the store on three occasions over a month before purchasing and on each occasion I was shown the highest level of courtesy, by all staff that I met. Dreams Colleague Toni was extremely helpful in obtaining the correct products within our budget and a no time did I feel under pressure to buy on any of my visits.

This was so much more straight forward than I thought it was going to be. Nicola was so helpful and really got to grips with what I was looking for very quickly. She gave me all the options in term of price and products. She also gave the pros and cons to different products which was exactly what I needed. I have bought two small double beds and hope that delivery will be as smooth. Thrilled with my choices though!! So all in all a great experience and much quicker and easier than I DREAMT!!!!! We were purchasing a bed for a family member it was very important we got the correct mattress and that delivery should be ASAP, the staff were excellent especially Nicola we purchased the bed on Thursday 4th August it was delivered on Monday 8th August I can't thank the staff enough.

The manager was extremely helpful. She provided service with a smile. Made us laugh and feel very welcome and comfortable.

Happy with the service they didn't hound me went out of there way to help with payment options friendly got offered coffee reassured me as I had not been happy with the aftersevice I received when I bought last bed from you as my sheets had dyed my cream leather bed and wouldn't change it said I should of used non dye sheets so wasn't happy was happy with staff and purchase and good quality
