A nice, light, spacious showroom with real teamwork going on with the friendly staff. Kat is very knowledgeable and very personable and I felt comfortable amongst the staff, all of whom I ended up speaking to. A good asset to your company I felt.

The assistance was very helpful but did not impinge on our time to make any decisions

Colleague was friendly and helpful without appearing to be overzealous to make a sale on the day. WhenI returned the next day she remembered who I was and the product I was interested in. I felt she did the best deal she could for us.

Assistant knew the product I had described and showed by larger image and all details.

Kathryn who served us, was not pushy, she listened to us and showed us all the beds that fitted our specifications.

I was very delighted with Matthew as this was a Sunday he made this a very relaxing experience for me I will defiantly use this store again. Matthew is a credit to your company.

We popped into the Sheldon store and were greeted by two extremely polite and professional staff members. After speaking with Nicola to advise what we were looking for she showed us the products recommended trying the tempur sleeping pod and video to understand the product fully. Following this she showed us all of the products we were interested in, demonstrating the ottoman base and how easy it was to use. There was no sales pitch at all but allowing us to view and test out all the products. She priced it all up and gave us time to digest the information without any pressure at all. She also gave us a couple of the tempur pillows to try out on the beds to give us the total feeling of what it would be like. Nicola was extremely knowledgeable and very personal. We left the store yesterday to make sure that the size would fit into our home and then came back today to order. Nicola again was in store and made us feel welcome and wanted to make sure we were making the right decisions for us. Great customer service and Nicola is a huge asset to your company

From the moment of entering the store at Sheldon I approached a very friendly member of staff Matthew, who assisted me to the sofa bed that I was interested in, his help and knowledge was very satisfactorily, as this item was for my wife's disability and in need of as soon as possible, well to say that I was able to have deliverd in two days was amazing, so very happy and very satisfied.

We were not pestered, left to browse on our own. Assistant very helpful and friendly, we were not rushed into making decisions.

As soon as I walked into the store an assistant came over to me and when I told him what I wanted he pointed me in the right direction, and then left me to make my choice.
