Very nice service

After collecting our weekly grocery my wife and I visited the local Dreams store in Sheldon, Birmingham. The purpose of this impulse visit was just to access the range and prices of a new bed that we intended to buy in the near future. We looked at a few display beds and tried out their firmness and suitability. After a few minutes we were approached by a sales lady called Nicola who asked if we needed any assistance in deciding are preference. I have many years of experience in the management of buying and selling merchandise, so my comments regarding this sales lady come from meeting both the worst and best personnel in this field. She succeeded in making a sale that day in excess of £1000 without at any time being pushy or unhelpful. She was obviously well trained and knowledgeable in the range of products available and pointed us in the direction of products more suited to our needs. I can say without doubt that this lady is a credit to your Company.

Helpful friendly staff

Kathryn the store manager was amazing and all the other staff were fantastic, offering drinks and were extremely hospitable!

We were given enough information to answer our needs and enough time to try out the beds. The assistant listened to us carefully and then directed us to relevant beds.
