Excellent customer service, they were very patient and pointed out most of the beds that would be suitable for my daughter. It came down to 2, she eventually made her choice on the 2nd visit to the shop.

I cannot fault the team at Dreams. I was even given a cup of coffee. They allowed me time to go around the beds and try them out, even given a pillow. Tried out the computer bed. I came up as Firm which surprised me. I would definitely recommend this particular showroom to friends and family

My husband and I I went to do some research! The staff were so amazing that we ended up buying the bed!!! The assistants in the store were brilliant, so knowledgeable and chatty! They actually made the whole experience so easy! They were there when we needed them and discreet when necessary! Fabulous!

Store assistant Toni explained everything to me, step by step. I went into store with no idea where to start with my purchase and she guided me through the process whilst being friendly and approachable. In some store I avoid assistance due to a feeling over being oversold a product, this did not happen in this Dreams store. Toni was very helpful and happy to show me a variety of different products. Lovely lady, a credit to your store!

Had a very good experience, greeted as soon as we arrived, we received bottles of water while we looked around, got to try out loads of different pillows to see which suited us best, also got to try out the sleep match which really helped us narrow down the best mattress. Felt very safe, every surface was being sprayed down before and after use. Very impressed with the help from Toni during the whole experience.
