Gemma the sale assistant was very helpful and she seem to know watt she was talking about

Tracey 5 who assisted me was friendly and informative. She explained everything clearly and simply and made sure I understood everything.

Tracey 5 who served me spent time explaining the difference between each mattress how they were made etc.

Given excellent advice and information on product quality’s relevant to our needs. Tracy (5) at the Shield Retail outlet was extremely knowledgeable and talked us through options without pressuring us into making a purchase. We were able to make a decision on what met our needs, made with the helpful information given by Tracy, but also felt if nothing in store suited that was ok too.

The young man, Dan, who assisted us immediately we walked into the showroom was extremely helpful, pleasant, not "pushy", knowledgeable and patient with us. He is an asset to Dreams and was definately our "Dream Man".

Gemma was very helpful and showed us the products and allowed the person with a learning disability to take there time and make a choice which is very difficult for them to do. She used all the systems to support the purchase including showing picture of the bed on a computer screen.

I was very satisfied with the assistance I received from Tracey. She made sure I took the time to try enough mattresses before making a decision. She also had strong product knowledge, so was able to explain to me the differences in the designs and construction of the mattresses I was considering. It makes such a difference when a sales person is honest and has the customers needs in mind, not just a quick sale.

The helpfulness of staff and knowledge of different products and after explaining different items offered us a drink and time to look on own at different mattresses and beds with out feeling pressured into buying

Acknowledged on arrival but Tracey was not pushy. She came back to us and was helpful in establishing our options. I hate being hassled when I am browsing but ultimately her approach led to a sale. If only it was always this straight forward!
