Not purchased a bed for quite a few years and found buying this time so much better. We were given time to decide and try out different mattresses. The assistant was lovely and knew her products. We decided then and there to buy and not bother to go looking anywhere else.

Very helpful staff.

The store is well stocked, kept and bright. Within seconds the assistant was welcoming and helpful, guiding us to the items we wanted to compare. Very knowledgeable about design and construction.

Yassen the colleague at this store was exceptional and had good customer service skills. Extremely helpful, informative on the options of best mattress which I found helped me make a decision. Yassen was patient throughout my visit and overal a respectful individual, because of him I will definitely be returning back to this store and recommend to others

We were given the assistance we needed to choose a mattress which met our need for support and comfort Sophie the assistant was very helpful , friendly and courteous which made our experience Highly satisfying.

The store assistant Sophie was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I called into the store beforehand and she told me to bring my mum back and she could try the beds and mattresses. My mum was like the princess and the pea! She tried loads of beds and mattresses to find the correct one and a return visit to ensure it was right.

Helpful but not pushy

We were greeted by Sophie who did all she could to make us feel at ease and to help us select the itms we puachased.

Everyone in the store we spoke to was incredibly helpful. Sophie took us round and helped us find things within our budget and was friendly and helpful and not at all pushy while we were making a decision. She guided us to what we were looking for but let us make decisions and was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process.

Sophie approached us in a friendly manner as soon as we arrived, guided us knowledgeably through the mattress assessing machine (brilliant idea) and was very helpful and informative throughout without any hard sell. She knew when to inform, when to leave us to ourselves and she didn't use gobbledeegook jargon. An altogether excellent saleswoman. She even indulged me in doing the machine test again for just my wife who suffers back pain so we could identify the mattresses suggested on both my wife's list and our joint list. This saved us looking at those not on both. I didn't mark highly satisfied for your products simply because you don't carry the width of range that John Lewis do, but we were happy with our choice. Whether we remain content once we actually have the mattress is unquantifiable at present.
