My husband has mobility needs and we had specific requirements for the bed frame we needed. Gemma took time to understand what we wanted and made helpful suggestions. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured.

We are returning customers, having dealt with Dreams previously, we know that we will get, and have had very good service and help from both Staff at the stores and the staff you deal with by telephone. This seems to still work on the customer being satisfied/happy being the first consideration. And any follow ups we have made with problems or queries have always been expertly dealt with and sorted, even replaced.

Assistant was helpful and friendly, made us welcome. Good range of mattresses to choose from.
