Tracey was really helpful, took the time to understand what I was after and patiently showed me which mattresses would be best. Plenty of no pressure time given for me to try them out and come to a decision.

Staff were very helpful, especially Gemma, even on our previous visit when we explained we weren't buying that day. Gemma also remembered us which made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend Dreams at Filton to anyone wanting to buy a bed.

All members of staff were friendly and informative, especially Tracey who processed our purchase. Staff were on hand to answer queries but were not intrusive and we were able to browse at our own speed without pressure.

Gemma was very helpful when looking for a mattress. As i have not had a new one for over 10 years it was very hard for me to choose one out of the many you dreams have in there store. Gemma had a lot of advise to give and really listened to what me and my husband was looking for.

The person in store who helped me did an excellent job. They were informative but did not push for a sale. After buying the product - I came away from the store very satisfied.
