Dreams - Bristol - Filton

It was what we wanted. The staff were very good and showed us the full range of Tempur beds

I went to Dreams at Filton and was served by Alan who couldn't have been more helpful. This is not the first time I have been there and as I have already said I would recommend them to anyone

The assistant we saw was very polite and helpful,showed us various mattresses,pointed out the advantages of each of them and was not pushy,which is one thing I hate.

Because we already have done a shopping last year and went again because of good and satisfied service

The sales advisor gave us time to look around the store and I never felt pressurised into buying anything. The store was very clean and tidy, I got the product I wanted.

Tracey 5 was tremendously helpful on our first - information gathering - visit to Dreams at Filton, Bristol. This excellent service continued when we made our purchase visit. Tracey was also able to recommend specialist pillows for my husband who is VERY particular about his pillows. We also purchased new sheets for the king size mattress - especially treated to help if you suffer from asthma or other allergies, which I do. We were able to take the new pillows with us and they are exactly as described and we are both really pleased. We look forward to delivery of the new king size mattress which will complete our bedroom makeover. Thank you Tracey - thank you Dreams!

Quiet time of day therfore no lack of staff, having said that, Gemma was very good in all she did, even laughed at corny comments made by myself. Very helpful.

We were able to find the mattress we wanted quickly with the help of the assistant and it was quick to set up the order. The assistant was also very helpful regards getting rid of our old mattress.
