Tracey was very patient with us she listened to what we wanted and made lots of suggestions. She was very friendly and helpful. There was no sales pressure or spiel forced upon us. Tracey was very knowledgable about all the products. I felt very happy with my expensive purchase because Tracey made it a pleasurable shopping experience. Thank you.

Tracey served me from filton dreams and was lovely! She knew I was hard of hearing and made sure i heard everything she was trying to tell me about the right matress for me and after trying 3 I found perfect one! Which was different what i planned to buy but so happy. Also I changed my mind on buying bigger size matress and a bed aswell and she dealt with it all amazing. Really amazing customer service.

Gemma was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, and she very quickly figured out what it was I was looking for and needed. She took me through all the options and listened to what I requested in terms of comfort as well as price. She wasn't pushy at all, but was patient and understanding of my needs. I'm very happy with her service and would absolutely recommend Dreams to my friends/family, especially Gemma's store!

When I first visited I told the gentleman there that I had about £600 to spend, the bed he showed and (and that I later bought!) was £599 after all the other stuff it came too £880.50 but I got what I asked for the first time and that was brilliant, I could have went anywhere to buy my first bed, as I'm moving out of my parents house, and I'm glad I end t to dreams.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and Tracey took the time to listen to what we wanted and then explained the colour coding of the mattresses. She was very knowledgable regarding mattresses and was very patient as we tried several different ones before making up our mind. She even explained the warranty which we added to our order.

Everything was made easy for me and the assistant who helped me, Tracey, couldn't have been more helpful.
