I was highly satisfied due to the service received from Tracey, in the Bristol Filton. She took her time to understand my needs. Her product and general knowledge was fabulous. She was able to ask the right questions to get to the bottom of what I really needed, and could explain any queries I had, in a way I could understand. I also made Tracey aware that I’m a nervous and indecisive shopper, but she made me feel fully supported and informed throughout. After two months of shopping, I finally ordered my new mattress.

Friendly staff, listens to our needs, took time to make sure we were sure of what we wanted and gave us teas and coffees while we discussed things in detail. Made mattress shopping fun.

I didn’t have a a big budget so I wasn’t expecting to be able to afford a mattress but the gentalmen that work there did a great offer on a mattress for me which I was exreamly greaftful for and over whelmed, as I wasn’t expecting to walk out with a mattress and the lady that served me was down to earth and lovely and very knowledgeable

Tracey showed us a good variety of options and gave us time to consider them.
