Tracey - the assistant who served me was very knowledgeable and gave me as much help as I needed allowing me to try as many mattresses as I wanted and giving me all the time I needed to make my choice.

We were served by gemma who was very knowledgeable and very helpful and did not put pressure on us at any stage. We went to a different shop yesterday and walked out with no purchases, and glad we did, as now knowing what we do, we would have bought the wrong item. Thank you gemma for all your help, it was so greatly appreciated., and look forward to our delivery.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, did not rush us and gave us time on our own to discuss what we wanted. Her name was Gemma, she was very friendly and did not intrude when we were discussing the purchase between ourselves.

Apart from the initial 5 times we were asked if we needed help (2-3) times is sufficient, the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Overall the experience was great and we bought what we needed.

Due to the assistance, support and product knowledge of Tracey, in the Bristol Filton store. I have been trying to purchase a new mattress for the last couple of months, with no success. I’m quite a nerves shopper and very indecisive. Tracey put me at easy instantly. She took her time to listen to my requirements to help establish which products would be best to look at, whilst ensuring she got me to try things I hadn’t considered before. She encouraged me to take my time, so I was confident in the decision I made. Tracey’s overall produce knowledge made me feel confident, and she didn’t make me feel silly asking questions. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed at all, which was greatly appreciated.
