Dreams - Bristol - Filton

Tracy was brilliant at Filton Bristol store, this is the 3rd bed we've bought in the past 5 years always good in this store.

Tracy the store assistant was friendly and extremely helpful with very good product knowledge Nothing was too much trouble and continued to help us even though it was past closing time

The assistant Tracey advised us on all types of beds. She explained all colour coding and answered all our questions

Tracey was amazing sales eprson. Have information but also gave space. Was attentive but not pushy. Great member of staff

The Manager - Grace -at the store was very friendly, very professional and very kind to advise me as to which particular mattress I should buy with my back problems. I was pleased that I purchased a mattress at Dreams as I feel the firmness of the product I have ordered is the right one for me. Highly professional and knowledgeable and for this advice I am grateful. Thank You.

The sales assistant was knowledgable and give advice to which bed would be suitable for my requirements

Grace helped us at the store and she was great. Got crayons for our children to draw whilst we checked out beds, gave everybody drinks (it was very hot that day!) Overall, she was wonderful. There were some troublesome children outside the store and she even kept calm whilst dealing with that trouble as well.

Received immediate service from Tracey who was informative and very helpful throughout. The bed base I was looking for was available to view and the transaction was performed quickly and efficiently. I would certainly return to the store in future.
