Dreams - Bristol - Filton

I went to Dreams at Filton in Bristol and was immediately made to feel welcome in the store by Grace. I am moving into an unfurnished flat and had to buy a bed frame and mattress which I have never done before so I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the whole experience. Grace took the time to take me through my options with bedframes, listening to my needs and asking probing questions to identify what product would suit me best. After I explained my need for storage she showed me a few bedframes which would be suitable before I found the frame I was after. Moving on to mattresses, Grace again took the time to explain the options available to me and the differences between mattresses so I had a clear picture of what I was after. Grace quickly found the mattress I was after and I am very happy with my purchase, including other items I forgot I would also need to get about such as bedsheets and pillows. Grace was absolutely incredible throughout the whole experience with her outstanding product knowledge making me feel comfortable with my decision and I will definitely be returning for any future purchases I may need to make.

Good range of beds of differing quality/price. Founds several that suited our needs at a good discounted price.

My husband and I were welcomed on arrival but not hassled. After looking around Tracey helped us to try out different mattresses she explained the difference between the ones we tried. But there was still no pressure to buy.

Tracey, the store assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very satisfied with the service in the Filton store and would recommend to a friend.

The staff were very helpful, and friendly! There was many options for added extras, such as removing an old bed, which is very useful.
