We had the best attention and were told very explicit details of items we were interested in.

We were undecided as to which new bed to purchase although had some ideas as to what we were looking for. Abbie (Filton, Bristol) took the time to understand our needs, answer our questions and patiently provided several quotes.

Everything was straightforward.

I found Abbie very professional ,helpful & knowledgeble of the product.

I was in then store the day before and the assistant was extremely helpful to me. She listened to all my needs then got me to try all the mattresses which she thought suitable, about 15 in all. we then got down to 4. Tracey also talked me through the base options The next day I took my husband back and we bought the bed frame and mattress

Tracey who assisted us was very polite and helpful x when we first walked in she ask if we wanted help we said no as wanted to look first she told us where we would find wat we want and wen we were ready she assisted us also she stayed late after shop clised to finish our order

We really couldn't decide what we wanted and were overwhelmed at the choice. Tracey was so friendly, so helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy, that we were able to decide what we didn't want and thus make a decision. She explained all the different types of mattress, knew which mattress would fit each frame and was patient and cheerful. Exactly the sort of person you need for that kind of purchase.

Grace was amazing, she was friendly, kind, patient, funny, professional and very knowledgeable. I've never bought a bed from Dreams before and was dubious as I thought it would be very expensive but when we arrived Grace gave us all the right information to reassure us and taught us about getting the mattresses & what was right for us and our budget. She looked after us so well and we even bought a new bed which we weren't expecting to do but are so happy we did as we got an amazing bed for a great price. We will definitely go to dreams filton again and really hope Grace is working. Both me and my wife were so impressed with Grace and the look and layout of the store. We'll definitely recommend The store to friends as we were looked after so well. I know it's a little touch but Grace offered us a cup of tea which we had and enjoyed but it also made us feel unrushed and at ease. I honestly couldn't say more about how great our experience was which I know sound odd for people going to a shop to buy a bed but honestly it's was fantastic and we actually had fun as well as Grace being all the things I said at the start she was also really easy to talk to which was really lovely.

Efficient, friendly service. Sean was very helpful and demonstrated a good balance between advising me and leaving me to make the decision.
