We purchased our last bed and mattress with dreams and were satisfied with the price quality and service so it was the first place we went back to.

The assistant was extremely patient and knowledgeable; answered all our queries and advised us on the most suitable product to suit our needs. There was a varied selection of beds and prices and the ‘machine’ used to test suitable beds proved to be very useful.

The lady in the store was very professional and very courteous to my nan and myself when we had questions. She was absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank her enough for helping get the dream mattress for me and talking through the delivery what felt like 100 times with my nan!

Unfortunately I can't remember his name, but the Dreams member of staff who helped us had been working at the store for 3 weeks. Despite him being so new to the job, he was extremely friendly and knowledgable!
