Dreams - Bristol - Filton

Better shopping experience thanthe one I had just had at John Lewis. Friendly help to decide on my bed and better prices. This was my second bed from Dreams.

Abbie, who assisted us, was incredibly helpful, patient, and willing to take the initiative to find answers to our questions when she didn't have them immediately to hand. She paid attention to our 7-year-old daughter, offering her a hot chocolate and books, so that we could have more time to consider our purchase--and she was incredibly warm in doing so, which made a big impression on all of us. She is excellent at her job and made our purchase experience all the more enjoyable. We were also very happy with the selection of mattresses to try, and pillows, too.

Grace gave us excellent customer service with the perfect balance of providing helpful information without pressurising us into making a purchase. She took time to find out what we were looking for and showed us a range of products. We felt confident in her knowledge when she answered our questions.

Welcoming and very knowledgeable staff. Great to try matrasses with a pillow. Good idea! The bank holiday offers were great! The speed of the payment process is super.

The salesperson, Abbie, was very friendly and welcoming and was able to quickly find the products that we needed. She also offered us hot drinks and even stayed overtime to complete our purchase.
