Grace was highly knowledgeable regarding all products and couldn't do more to assist us further.

Visited shòp with my mum for a specific mattress for her needs. The assistant Claire was very helpful showing us all that were suited to mum checking how quickly they could deliver as needed asap. The assistant spent a lot of time with us helping but also leaving us alone to try beds out in our own time. Left happy :)

I was served immediately in a courteous and friendly way, all my questions were answered promptly, I felt the person serving me was very knowledgeable about the product range and provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. She was very helpful but not at all pushy. She advised me where I could make savings in my purchase for options that may not be too important for me, for example where there were special offers available. She executed the order dilligently and efficiently. Could not ask for more.

Sophie was absolutely amazing, she went through everything with us and stayed overtime as we had a few complications before we could go through with the order. absolutely amazing customer service and genuinely was a pleasure to be served by someone with such great work ethics and overall a lovely human being. i believe she stayed at least 2 hours over time (just with us!) helping us until the very end of our purchase. brilliant employee.

The mattress quality is exceptional. I could get the mattress of my choice. The choices are many to choose from. However the price I felt is bit higher than competition (may be +150 to 200 £). But since Dreams offers comfort trail it is worth buying from this store. Overall very good experience with the store as well as the staff.

We were served by Abbie (and her colleague/Manager) and they were both very helpful and friendly, but not in a pushy way. Abbie in particular was very patient and had very good product knowledge and answered lots of questions we had; nothing seemed too much trouble. I had also visited the same store earlier in the week and staff then were also very helpful, so on this visit we had a short list. They let us stay as long as we needed trying mattresses and we were also particular reassured by her explaining the comfort guarantee.
