Sophie was very friendly and invested a lot of time ensuring we were buying the correct mattress. She was very polite and professional and really understood what we were looking for and was happy to answer any questions- she is very knowledgeable. Our new mattress was delivered in a timely manner by friendly delivery men and I couldn't be happier with the product!

She spent time in understanding what we wanted and made it extremely easy for us to decide on the exact items. We tried alternative products and were happy with the options offered.
