Called the store because the mattress wasn’t available online. Was really pleased that it could be delivered in less than a week by ordering over the phone. Lady I spoke to was also really lovely

Kaytalin who was member of the staff that day was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us in deciding the right product within our budget.

Went to Bristlington store and the service received was below my expections. Staff never approached me to offer any help so after wondering around the shop for 10 minutes I decided to drive to another store. The Filton store was epic. The two yiund ladies were brilliant even offered me a drink as it was pouring outside. Keep up the good job the two ladies.

We were offered a drink as we walked around. Our questions were answered professionally but in a friendly manner. Having chosen the mattress we wanted we were then told there was a further reduction which was a bonus. The assistant was apologetic in saying unfortunately there wasn't one available to take with us and we were again offered a drink as she explained the delivery procedure. She made us feel valued as people rather than just clients. It was an enjoyable visit. Thank you.

nothing was a problem to the staff , product knowledge was excellent . a member of staff spoked to us as soon as we walked into the store . Once we had seen the bed we wanted we approached another staff member, we asked a few questions about the item. We decided to buy and were offered a drink while we completed the purchase.

Grace, the store manager who dealt with us, was courteous and very knowledgeable. She offered us a drink (twice) and we felt she genuinely had our interests in getting the right mattress as her priority.

We recently visited your store in Filton, Bristol to purchase a new bed. My wife and I were very impressed with the product range on offer and the customer service we recieved. Nothing was too much trouble and the sales person helped in establishing what would suit our needs and even provided a cup of tea while we considered options. She (Sophie) impressed us with her knowledge of products and was extremely helpful and courtious.
