Colleague was very knowledgerable on the product friendly but not over the top

The assistance we received from Kaytlin was fantastic her knowledge of all the products was immense. Her help and friendliness was very much appreciated.

We found Grace informative and helpful without being sales target led, which is very refreshing and obvious in other stores. We were not rushed and actively encouraged to try the beds with professional knowledge given to us at all stages by all members of staff Thank you Grace and Team!

Products were a great price with high quality. Great variety of options Staff friendly but not over pushy' answered all questions when asked, did not come across as high sales. Only minor issue was having to wait 10 days for delivery

Staff were not pushy or pouncing on you as you enter the store. I was impressed with the knowledge staff had about the different mattresses, staff were friendly and very helpful without rushing me. My overall experience was very positive, a combination of excellent customer service and high quality product.
