Very friendly and helpful staff. We able to discuss our needs / options.

I asked for help at another Dreams store that didn’t stock the bed frame I was looking for . I was directed to the Filton Bristol store and acknowledged immediately I entered the shop even though the staff were busy. I was given as much time as I needed to consider my purchase and offered tea whist I phoned my husband to chat over the purchase with him. Nothing was too much trouble and all my ( many) questions were answered in full and with great patience.

The sales assistant (Abby) was fantastic.

The assistant (Sophie) was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained things clearly and stepped back when we asked to have a little space to talk about what we wanted amonst ourselves. She was then ready when wanted to proceed

My wife and I were treated with courtesy and patience during our time selecting the product and felt there was no undue pressure from the sales staff.

I viewed the items on your website before I went to the Filton store. The assistant, Sophie, was very helpful. It was good to be served by someone who was thoroughly knowledgeable about their product range and who could make useful suggestions from their own experience.
