Staff were very welcoming, helpful & knowledgeable about the products. I did not feel at all rushed & was encouraged to spend plenty of time trying the beds to ensure I found the right one for me. There was an excellent selection of beds in the store, at a wide range of prices. The ordering process was quick & easy.

The service was exceptionally good from the moment I arrived. The assistant was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions satisfactorily. She was very courteous and spent as long as I needed to make sure that I could make an informed choice of the available products that suited my needs. Faultless and a delight to converse with. I went around the store twice to relook at some items and I was encouraged to do so, which was reassuring that she had no problem in allowing me the time that I needed.
