Keaghan was quite new and explained this, he asked for assistance when he needed it but did this so well. He was very polite and helpful - a credit to you. He really seemed to care and wanted to find us the right product. Knew lots about the different products too.

The member of staff was able to place our order quickly and efficiently. She helped us decide on a suitable colour and showed us an example item in store so we had a true reflection of the the colour. The member of staff also was able to split the order so the bed could be delivered ASAP and the headboard could follow at a slightly later date as not available as present time.

I have used Dreams before and that's why I returned and would return again. The lady assistant Abbi was very knowledgeable and friendly....she knew her stuff! Ordering was simple, delivery in less than a week and delivery date came and went without a hitch.....on time and friendly guys who delivered.....what more could you want from a shopping experience......which I have to say is not the general experience these days in other retail areas....well done dreams - I hope I sleep well tonight
