I am autistic. The store manager Grace very kindly offered to turn off the music and store heating if they were too noisy and causing a distraction (I didn't even have to ask)..

The assistant checked if we needed any help and then allowed us to try out the mattresses without any pressure or interruption which is to our liking when we shop.
