We found that the bed frame we wanted was at a reduced price because of a minor tare in the fabric and your employee (Kaytlin) was very friendly and helpful and we were offered a cup of coffee which was much appreciated.

We were served by Grace who was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and cared about getting what we wanted and needed rather than just making a quick sale. After a warm and genuine welcome Grace asked offered us a drink and asked what we were looking for and after testing us on your analysis bed thingy walked us through our options. Importantly, Grace also engaged with our 10 year old son who has ADHD and easily gets very excited. Grace involved him so he felt welcomed and treated him like a person, like an important customer, rather than someone to be endured.

The staff are very well qualified to answer all your questions and also very pleased with the way they dealt with our order.

Grace welcomed me to the store and spent a great deal of time understanding my wants and wishes in order to give me the best advice. She took me all round the store and went through all possible options with me to ensure that what I ordered was precisely what I wanted and needed. I had ordered some mattresses from another store and Grace proactively took the trouble to call them and organise for both the bases, which I ordered via Grace, and the mattresses arrived at the same time so it was more convenient for me. Grace made me feel she was interested and very keen to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I felt extremely valued as a customer. I could not have been happier with my experience of shopping at Dreams Filton.
