Abbie is a fabulous sales person, she assessed our needs, her knowledge of all the mattresses were amazing. Abbie was extremely professional and courteous. The sleep machine is an amazing piece of equipment, which helped immensely in narrowing down what our needs were.

Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. Didn't feel salesy or pushy, had a real laugh with them! The dreams bed which evaluated our needs at the start of our visit made the whole process choosing a bed so much simpler - and argument free. It meant we made a purchase right there and then - no shopping around to other stores needed. The only thing I'd improve is the delivery time until we can have our bed (about 3 weeks) as we're so excited to receive it!
