All the staff at Dreams were lovely and helpful. Abbie especially was great with the children and with assisting our order. They catered to our every need. Overall we are very pleased with the service.

The main reason was how polite , helpful and informative both your staff members were Grace and Abbie at your Filton Bristol branch . Also the set out of the store .

The Customer Service asvusor who dealt with our enquiry was named Sophie and she was very sympathetic and accommodating to my Grandmothers disability needs when searching for the right bed. She spent much time listening to my Grandmother and showing her many different mattress and base options until we found the combination which best suited her needs. The lady also listened with interest to my Grandmothers life experiences, which not only put her at ease but also made a pleasant shopping experience. The attention to detail was also commendable, as we were offered refreshments and the sales invoice was broken down and explained in a way that my Grandmother could understand. Usually I deal with any purchases on her behalf, however Sophie made her feel inclusive and important. Thank you

Excellent customer service

We went to look around, we didn’t have any plans to buy straight away, but the customer service of Sophie was excellent. Very patient and friendly. We are very satisfied with the customer service.

Abbie was able to give lots of information & able to answer any questions we had . We had our 1year old granddaughter with us on this visit Abbie looked after her when we were trying out the beds & watching the video plus giving us all the information we needed . Thank you Abbie

I was highly satisfied as the store manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and we left with buying a bed at Dreams when were initially set on buying a bed from Bensons for Beds. The bed the manager showed us very practical, mattress was very comfortable and I was left happy.
