Had seen product online, assistants in shop helpful, investigated finding product in different colour at another store, really helpful & pleasant, yet no pushy

The sales assistant Kaitlyin (Filton Bristol branch) was brilliant, gave me a few options either side of my price range, listened to the type of mattress I wanted and gave me an experienced opinion on each of the mattress types. Was not over pushy and made me happy about my purchase. Delivery dates were sooner than I would have thought which was great and the recycling scheme, which I was told was a very eco friendly scheme, is a life saver as I cannot dump my old mattress using my mini (!) The Dreams sleep match machine is fantastic and I'm so glad that Kaitlin recommended I use it as I've never really thought about how bad the wrong type of mattress could be.

I was highly impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and expertise of Sophie who served me. Her customer service could not be faulted, and I commend her to Dreams Management as an example of excellence within the sphere of Customer Service. Sophie put me at my ease and showed great patience, allowing me to take as much time as I felt necessary to make what is indisputably a significant purchase. At all stages she was knowledgeable and explained with clarity and friendliness. A very nice touch was that she made me a cup of tea (it was a horrible rainy, cold day, so this was much appreciated) whilst we went through the possible mattress options. Through Sophie's explanations, I now understand Dreams as a company better. I am better informed, and feel impressed at the company's responsible attitude to recycling and sustainability when it comes to dealing with old mattresses. Sophie also described one of the local manufacturers that you use, and I was impressed by her depth of knowledge, and the use of locally sourced products. The SleepMatch machine was awesome! Innovative tech which assists in product suitability - very impressive and helpful. Overall - FABULOUS! Thank you.
