Sophie was lovely Helpful and knowledgable but not at all pushy

The store assistant Sophie was extremely helpful without being too pushy to make a sale.

The assistant was very knowledgable. The 3D scanning of your body to find the perfect bed was very good and also a very nice shopping experience. We were thinking of buying a mattress online somewhere but in store we were shown a bed that suited us and our sleeping posture.

The assistant was very nice charming and knowledgeable and answered all our questions without being pushy for a completion.

to help with a decision I had already looked at the website, so I knew what I was looking for With the stairs as they are, I needed, something that is as flat pack as possible, so that it can be taken up the stairs and assembled in the room concerned

Staff were very friendly & accommodating to my needs & to those I was with. They were also very knowledgeable & put no pressure on me.

We walked into the store, looked around a bit then asked if we needed any help. That's more like it, not to be pounced on as soon as we got through the door madw it a refreshing change as theres nothing like a " pushy sales person". This made me more likely and I think other customers stay in the store to search what their looking for. Both female assistance we're lovely and it was clear they knew their products. Abbie was a delight, a friendly sales person, she will go far.

The member of staff who helped us, Abbie, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds available. I'm impressed how fast you can deliver.
