I check the mattress online, I went in store , the gentle explain the spring of the mattress, I bought bed on offer + pillows + mattress protector. Was a good experience , they offer coffee and water . Excellent I will be back

We were highly satisfied with our experience mainly because the customer assistant was so helpful. She made our search for a comfy bed so easy, and she made sure that we were happy with our choice of bed. She even let us stay for an extra hour after closing time, so that we were 100% sure that we were happy with the bed that we chose!

The young man, Keaghan who served us was extremely polite and very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best mattress for our requirements. We left feeling Keaghan had offered us the best quality and price deal. We have purchased from Dreams in the past and probably will return for pillows at some stage.

Sophie was very friendly, knowledgable and didn’t pressurise us to buy a mattress or rush us. We bought the most comfortable mattress not the dearest one and it was a Dream’s made mattress.

Rang ahead and spoke to The Manager Lisa who was very helpful and recommend what we were looking for.

Grace was brilliant. Really helpful and interested, but without being pushy. I didn't feel rushed either.

The sales assistant Grace was very professional and experienced with the goods we were enquiring about. She was not at all ‘pushy’ and made us very relaxed and even though we were only initially making enquiries because she made us so relaxed we decided to purchase on the spot.
