The prompt and effective service provided by the young lady who served me.

From entering the showroom I was made to feel both comfortable and in safe and knowledgeable hands. The process of computer measurement was very new to me and proved a good aid to my finding a suitable mattress. The assistant Sophie was a very pleasant and person and had all the information I needed at her fingertips. A very successful afternoon.

Our assistant in store was Sophie who was very attentive to our needs. She gave us plenty of space to browse at our own pace and then engaged with us to understand our requirements. Her knowledge of the products was exemplary and she again gave us plenty of space & time to test and make our decision. Excellent customer service and a credit to the store

The staff met us immediately as we entered the store and guided us to where we wanted to be. The Covid precautions were great and we felt safe. The free water was great as we did get a little dry while browsing. Overall, great service.
