Both myself and my husband thought that the sales assistant Sophie, was excellent. She was very friendly and greeted us when we entered and was very knowledgeable about the products. She gave us lots of info and options and then gave us the necessary space to explore the products ourselves without making us feel like we were being pressurised at all.
