Sophie was very helpful and answered all the questions we asked, she made us feel at ease and didn’t pressure us into making a purchase, she was also friendly with my 7 year old grandson who was enjoying trying out ALL the beds.

Me and my partner felt welcome to stay as long as it took to find the right bed and matress for us, we wasn't made to feel like we was being sold the most expensive bed but the best that suits our needs, as I suffer from back pain I need the right matress and was left to spend ample time to test each matress recommend without feeling like a burden Grace was brilliant and would highly recommend going to see her if your a little unsure on the products

The purchase if the item was for my son, we both went to our local shop (filton Bristol) & found the member of staff very helpful & pleasent in his manner, The transaction went smoothly & we were pleaded how it went well.
